Yes. You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment through the app. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee set by the salon — this is always shown clearly before you confirm.
Every salon listed on Glow Up goes through a verification process before going live. We check licences, hygiene standards, and service quality. Reviews are only unlocked after a confirmed, completed booking.
